Refund Policy for Quadwoke E-commerce Store

At Quadwoke, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer cash refunds for returned products, we provide credit notes for eligible returns. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Credit Note Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash or bank refunds for returned products under any circumstances.
  • Credit Note Issuance: Eligible returns will be compensated with a credit note equal to the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges (if applicable).

2. Eligibility for Credit Notes

A product is eligible for a credit note if it meets the following conditions:

The return is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The product is not listed as non-returnable, such as:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Personal care items.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or credit notes:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
  • Customized or personalized products.

4. Process for Return & Credit Note Issuance

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at connect@quadwoke.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit note will be issued within 10 business days.
  4. Credit Note Usage: The credit note can be redeemed for any future purchase on www.shop.quadwoke.com.

5. Additional Terms

  • Credit notes are non-transferable and valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Shipping costs incurred during returns are non-refundable.
  • Quadwoke reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
